• The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking.

We are not equipped like a hotel and we do not provide a linen service during your stay although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as dishwashing pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, hand soap, dish soap, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
